Custom Tees

T-SHIRTS: Polyester/cotton blend (65% Polyester, 35% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton). This super silky fabric is lightweight and durable. Heathered colors give a vintage look.

BLACK T-SHIRT: CVC Jersey (60% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton, 40% Polyester). Top of the line fabric that stands up to the consistent wear without sacrificing fit or feel.

RAGLANS: Tri-Blend Jersey (50% Polyester, 25% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton, 25% Rayon). A perfect blend that is incredibly soft with great drape, stretch and recovery. Heathered colors give a vintage look.

Suggested wash instructions for best results: wash cold, inside out, hang or tumble dry.

All our tees include a small tag that lets you know you are receiving authentic Always Joyful Apparel. The tag placement is varied based on style of the garment.

Shipping & Handling

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.99. If you would like to add insurance (recommended), the flat rate is $5.00.

There is a free "Local Pick-Up" option if you live in/near Thompson's Station, Tennessee. A pick up address will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

We work hard to ship quickly. Our custom tees are made to order, so please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and to ship. Once in the postmaster's hands, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Always Joyful Apparel is not liable for items damaged, lost, or stolen after it has left our facility. We happily offer shipping insurance on every order to best protect your purchase. You must choose the shipping option “Standard + Insurance” option at checkout to be eligible. If a claim needs to be filed, we will assist you. Please email us at hello@alwaysjoyfulapparel.com.

Returns & Exchanges:

All custom tees (excluding Tee of the Month, Tee of the Week, Surprise Tees, Mystery Packs, and bleached/distressed products) are made to order and therefore can only be exchanged for a different size when requested within 15 days of order fulfillment. Tee of the Month, Tee of the Week, Surprise Tees, Mystery Packs, and bleached/distressed products are ineligible for return or exchange.

All boutique items (leggings and clearance) may be returned within 15 days from order fulfillment for store credit. You may expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-3 business days of the delivery of your return. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

Masks are hygiene items and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.

Bleached and distressed tees are done in-house and are unique in their own way. These items are ineligible for return or exchange.

To begin the return or exchange process, please send an email to hello@alwaysjoyfulapparel.com. Please mail your exchange/return within 5 days of contacting us.  Once your item has been received, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.

 We are not responsible for return shipping fees and do not refund shipping costs. We will, however, be happy to ship your new item for free.

We do allow cancellations, but as each item is custom made to order, this must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please send an email to hello@alwaysjoyfulapparel.com to begin the return process.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective within an *intact package, please let us know immediately.  We are happy to replace the item if requested within 7 days of receipt of the item.  Please email a picture of the defect, as well as the invoice for processing to hello@alwaysjoyfulapparel.com. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
